I created this crystal grid as an option because the use of crystals has helped me through the grieving process many times in my life. This grid includes a sacred geometry grid design on wood with options for a range of budgets because we all experience grief, and making it affordable is important to us. For a smaller budget, items will be tumbles and smaller pieces. The value, and often size, of pieces increases with larger budgets. Materials may include some of the following:
- Rose Quartz: Known as the stone of love, it provides comfort and reassurance while promoting self-love and compassion.
- Amethyst: A calming and protective stone that helps soothe grief and anxiety, promoting inner peace and restful sleep.
- Apache Tears: Recommended for processing grief in a healthy way without becoming stuck in emotion.
- Lepidolite: This stone helps balance turbulent emotions and provides a gentle, stabilizing energy to ease sadness and loss.
- Black Tourmaline: Offers grounding and protection, helping you feel more secure and stable during a difficult time.
- Howlite: Creates a space for releasing heavy emotions by soothing an overactive mind, which helps with clarity and patience.
- Selenite: Brings a sense of peace and can connect you to higher spiritual energies for comfort.
- Moonstone: A nurturing stone that encourages emotional healing and intuition
Others crystal materials may include: Rhodonite, blue calcite, picture jasper, green aventurine, red jasper, or others that support the grief process. If you have a preference, please indicate it in the “note” section at checkout. As with alll of our crystals and crystal products, your products leave our hands reiki-cleansed and reiki-charged with the specific intention, grief support in this case. Your clear quartz or selenite piece included will retain the cleanse and charge if kept near or within the grid.
